While I understand a lot of businesspeople are angry at me: because I am asking for our workers to have a fair chance at life, to be treated as a human-beings and to be paid a fair wage.

This makes business sense.

1. 50% board of directors must include workers or their elected representatives

2. 35% of profits to be paid out to employees

3. Paid holidays, paid maternity and paternity leave

4. Minimum and living wages for larger firms

5. Maybe, at larger firms, in certain industries, at the advise of ministers, may have to share a very small fraction of their equity with workers -- especially to meet international best practises for those industries.

6. Equal pay for equal work. Men and women. We're setting up the Women's Ministry. We're collecting a 4% buffer of corporate taxes to stop and phase off this learned social inequality.

7. No more discrimination of any kind in business.
