When I take my 45 mg of Mirtazapine, in approximately 3 or 4 hours, I'll be fine, I'll be good. Like that song, Kid Cudi, Pursuit of Happiness.

Heat, Flashbacks and Choosing a Course Toward Forgiveness

She's just like Sarah ████████! I am tired. It's pretty hot in my room, the air conditioning doesn't work reliably, it is inconsistent, an old 16+ year machine, that is malfunctioning, horrible like fictional, hot, humid, heaty juror's room setting in the 12 Angry Men.
I have flashbacks and negative thoughts in reactions to those intrusive memories of bad events. But i think, I am able to charter courses properly. I think the ship's course is to forgive Lal and these people. Even if there's a few rocks ahead or storms or gusts, I'll just adjust the sails a little bit, navigate beyond the perilous rocks, avoid the storm, but I know which way to go, the map points to a fixed, certain location, X marks the spot.

The resemblance, to Sarah ████████, is uncanny! I can't help but think of Sarah when i see her.
She's Elsa. I think of Elsa ████.
I think this girl, Bazena, from Latvia or something, she had Elsa from Frozen's blonde hair, so I called her, "Elsa", I helped her with her computer stuff once.
I think, I loved her. I also loved Daniela Conrad. And I loved Maria Da Paz. And I would have loved them all at the same time. Dani was from Germany. And I still love Pauline, who is French. Maria is from Portugal. I think some of them are mixed origins.
Elsa ████, her hair, is the exact same color as in Frozen, the exact same blonde.

I admire it in Muslims: They don't drink. It's very good, it's just a poison. Though, I am a hypocrite. My poison is the Mirtazapine. It says poison on the box.
It helps though, it is a good antidepressant. It helps me to sleep, that and eating are the problem for me.
Just kidding, I like to drink very little. I think I learned something from Buddha. I don't get wasted, I enjoy my liquor slowly. I never really get carried away. I am happy I don't smoke.

I don't enjoy it, it doesn't taste or feel any good. I think it is a personal thing that varies, it depends on the person entirely.

Finding an Overlong Black Transition Shot

I found a slight mistake. This shot, it is a transition shot, it lasts, a few microseconds longer than it should. It stands out as the black sheep. It feels uncomfortably prolonged unnecessarily, it just a blank, black screen, it feels like it lasts for an eternity.

You can tell, the people behind 1883, they put in a lot of effort. These minute details matter. This man is sweating from his chest. Some girls, have hair on the armpits as it was 1883, it was the 19th century, though I think it's wrong to say 1800s, as it's more like 1900s. The way smallpox is shown, it looks real, the dead people look real, the blood, blood spray, gun shots, it's something even The Quentin could learn from.
Where I think they can put a bit of extra effort is that there are YouTubers, like this guy, who explores period, or that era or age or large time period duration in time, in terms of cooking or drinks.
It's worth, studying and adopting it on set. As for instance, beer may have looked different or the food may have looked different.
Might be smaller portions, mannerisms may be different, they may use some types of cutlery.

I had some pizza. I did my 15 + 15 = 30 minutes of medium intensity elliptical machine brisk walking workout. I have a minor headache. I am watching 1883 and working on my script in my mind.
I think I am trying to watch this because this is a top rated tv show. It's 9 on IMDb. I want to see what type of writing they have, how the story is told, how the shot / cinematography works out, etc.
I can't be writing here as much as I usually do. This is because I have to write my script after this. I love ███████ Plus, it's one of my favorite channels.██████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████

Yes, a lot of good stuff happens when bad guys, they have a gun to the good guy, they choose not to kill them, and to instead say things.
Yet, a lot of very sad tragedies happen, when good guys, don't kill bad guys, it's important to kill terrorists when you can.

I felt sad and cried when I saw this scene.
The Japanese bombed Sri Lanka too. Albeit, or although, it was British targets mostly. We forgave the Japanese as we are fellow Buddhists. It is very sad as a successful Buddhist country became so evil.
I do not like how cool people like me, who are very kind to people, we often do not win against very bad people who commit evil deeds. They often win. I am sad so many people died in WW2. It was all due to a few wicked people, who sacrificed others for gain.
The Japanese, I remember, they were murdering the Chinese they captured. They were killing people they could find. Lee Kuan Yew, he was young, he hid underneath floorboards or somewhere. I read it when I was young. Lucky escape!
A Singapore GP, Medical Certificates and National Service

I was talking to my Singaporean General Practitioner or "GP", at the Dublin Clinic, with Dr Teo. I would visit whenever I had a problem.
I had anal hemorrhoids once! It was the only embarrassing problem. I have no shame. I am a shameless, shameful person.
I'd pay $20 or $50 bucks, get a Medical Certificate (or a "MC") for 2 or 3 days, and avoid going to school.. so, my attendance was above 90%.
I was supposed to go to school 6 days a week. Well, it was university, it was fun to take holidays. I guess, I can say, it was good to "buy" holidays.
He would talk to me. He told me, he was doing training in "NS", or national service, which was a compulsory, conscription of young men to the army. They do it in Israel as well.
It's to make sure there's enough soldiers in case of an attack. Lee Kuan Yew, was traumatized, so maybe he possibly overcorrected due to his ordeals.
I think it's good to inculcate a survival mentality. I think it is better than the unacceptable alternative of a Tony Robbins Rhonda Byrne type abundance mentality.
There's a famous movie called Boys to Men and more about this in Singapore, in Israel, those who refuse to serve in the army are looked down upon.
In his training, for the army, he would tell me a few jokes he remembered.
When he was in the sea, floating in some kind of buoyant floating device, as part of survival training, so they learn to be tough, patient and endure.

Stephen LaBrooy, in his 80s, back during segregation in captured Sri Lanka, they had the Colombo Swimming Club which was Whites Only, he is Burgher, so he is half white, and not allowed or treated fairly, so he went in and urinated in the pool.
He told me he talks about it in his movie!
He claims he is a Buddhist, although, he quite rude to me. I do not need him, he is not valuable to me, I have no use of him, so he's out.
