Called for U. S. sanctions on Sri Lanka to force accountability, then noticed a small red scrape-like spot on the right pinky

I found a red colour spot on my right hand pinky finger. I don't know what it is. I think it is likely a scrape. I can't remember. It will likely go away. Can be an insect bite too.
