I think I want an industrial, automated smoker or grill. I was thinking of getting a Rational oven from Germany too just like Duaine Peiris at Calorie Counter. I love brisket. It's my favourite food. I need to open a Texas style BBQ restaurant. I bet I'll earn 3 Michelin Stars.
