Before the Court Decides

A disputed company asset should not be rushed to auction There is an ongoing dispute involving Ceylon Weighing Machines, People’s Bank, and a small property of around 300 square meters. My concern is simple: if the property is auctioned before the underlying company-control dispute is properly decided, the damage may be permanent. The key issue is whether company assets were pledged fairly, lawfully, and with proper authority while control of the company was already disputed. This should be resolved through documents, court process, financial disclosure, and a clear decision on the main dispute. If there was wrongdoing, it should be proven properly. If there was no wrongdoing, that should also be made clear. What matters now is not anger. It is preserving the property, clarifying the facts, and making sure the real dispute is heard before irreversible action is taken.
