I guess, APT, can be used to help the poor. Social transfers. Are quite low.. the Gini Co Efficient. But we'll see. We aren't communist. We aren't really so socialist either.
Because then the tax rates will burst.
We should target, and help lower costs of stuff they need. And give NIC discounting on income.
However, that's wise.
I guess, social transfers, whatever, we could probably just use APT to lower prices for the poor, so it's Robin Hood tax effect.
And maybe perhaps the bank savings, we could use it to help the worst off.
But I'm hesitant, have reservations and am against it.
