Hi Dharma! We're (I'm*) keen on merging 1. Bank of Ceylon, 2. People's Bank, and 3. National Savings Bank.

I think that the fragmented private banking sector, should also consolidate. As they're just too small. They just can't facilitate or offer the banking facilities that big firms will need to do business. I can push you into running some of those merged private banks.

It's up to them if they want to merge, as it's private funds. They're private. But i know they just won't survive unless they do, as their rates aren't good or competitive enough.

Especially, as the very big private banks will all move here upon my invitation, all of a sudden, and they don't even need Sri Lanka depositors.

I'd suggest, and will help orchestrate the merger of two, new private banks:

The only real difference and confusion in terms of our economic policy, which a cool person such as hopefully: Sheryl Sandberg (PM appointed) will be leading, will be this new strategy of dividing up the many industries with a ministry responsible for its success.

So, that will be confusing at first. But really, it simplifies everything.

In your case, it could be Health Ministry or Trade Ministry, which is in charge of exports.

The reason this causes confusion is that we will not be charging taxes the way we do in SL right now. We'll switch where the ministry for the industry will advise us, and then, we'll charge a rate that's healthy.

Again, what is miraculous, is that we won't be spending away. There are ear marks or approved budgetary expenses. We are only keen on raising money through taxation to pay for that.

I hate how Pharoah ████████ and █████ are collecting taxes at the whip from us slaves, for him to build pyramids for █████ upon a parted sea. But that's insanity. We won't be going down that road.

Our effective rates of taxation are likely to be very low. However, this depends entirely on the industry and the size of the firm. If it's a large firm, then it may be up to 35%, but standard firms get 21%, and SMEs get just 14%. We can lower it down to 7%, or especially exporters, they get lower rates.

I know it sounds like this is the end for SL. But it's not. The people have chased out Gota, and now Ranil, I don't think he's going to cut it. I asked our friends to give food to Sri Lanka, but no money. As Ranil's not accountable. I also don't want to cooperate with him. He should bring █████████ to account for theft if he's to be taken seriously. I don't know about war crimes.

Looking at things, if I had been in Gota's spot, and I did a ████████████████, nobody would've really cared. But he's not me, and I won't help them.
