I think regarding the Sworn Translation, they are Sri Lankan, the standards are South Asia, and India/Pakistan grade, which is "normal" here.

They probably don't care if they don't see it, because they can use a photo from a camera as evidence enough.

We're anyway leaving SL soon, so it's not a big deal.
