I remember I was in my dad's office in Reid Avenue. It was a small, but then large seeming building. My dad was a boss. Like Donald Trump.
This building wasn't Trump Tower, but it was to me, it was 6 - 7 or 10 storeys tall. It's now given to somebody else as Lal stole the business, then lost a lot of the money.
The court case, where issue is "a minority share holder, Lal, issued stock, without majority approval, claims the business belongs to him, as new majority owner. "
The rule or law is "you can't issue stock without approval from minority"
Application : "there has been a case filed. There were complaints made. Lal has even forged signatures of my mom (what I remember my mom complained to me, the police and her lawyers). He is claiming she has weakly
