Hello Angela. We've got the most advanced, frontier edge, pro-women's policies. Almost radical fringe feminist policies. This is gonna propel our people forward. We expect the economy to grow from 70 to 140 billion, and perhaps triple to 210 billion. This is through equal participation by women. As our workforce is 8m, if it's 16m, or 20m, this will make us more productive. So daycare will care for kids, unless we copy Google's work environment, to keep kids in workplace daycares, near the parents. The key with us, is that we envision American, British, Nordic, European women. Not Indian, Asian women, or even Japanese women. Who have an inferior place, in their patriarchal societies, with lingering paternal attitudes. This is not something all women in Sri Lanka want, as through a combination, of parenting, education, social pressure, cultural reinforcement and conditioning, women are broken down, to play a subservient role to the father, brother, husband. This needs to stop. It's going to be the way we go into a future, where women aren't reduced like Anne Hathaway in Les Miserables as Fantine or the prostitute woman. Without women's rights, or equality, a woman will always be treated as nothing more than a prostitute, who can be cheapened out, disrespected as cattle or livestock or a product, to be used, while a man is in power. We are only doing everything we can, to empower women, to give them equal footing, equal treatment, equal opportunity, equal pay and equal rights -- the same as us men, not more.
